Public meeting on Flooding - Village Hall, 23rd Nov

Flood Trigger points
As we move into the season when floods could be a possibility, the Environment Agency want to explain to Aller residents how the Trigger Points they have set up will allow monitoring and early warning of potential problems.

There will be an open meeting on Monday, 23rd Nov from 6pm at the Village Hall when the Environment Agency team, supported by Somerset County Council will give presentations and answer questions.
Please support this meeting, it is for everyone's benefit. Let your friends and neighbours know. Notice is short and they may not pick up the information unless you tell them.

There is a wealth of information about what to do in a flood situation at https://www.gov.uk/floodsdestroy. Make sure you are prepared for all eventualities this winter.
